Protecting your personal data is very important to us. Personal data is processed during the use of this application (including in offline mode) only to the extent technically necessary. Under no circumstances will collected data be sold or unlawfully disclosed to third parties.

2. Access Data / Server Log Files

When initially accessing or updating this application, your device transmits information to the server of our hosting provider, Dogado GmbH. In offline mode (Add to Home Screen), no further data is transmitted to the server. This information is temporarily stored in so-called server log files. The following data is recorded:

IP address of the requesting device
Date and time of access
Name and URL of the file accessed
Website from which access occurs (referrer URL)
Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your device

This data is required to ensure a smooth connection and system security. No personal evaluation of this data takes place.

3. Cookies, LocalStorage, and Technologies Used

This application operates locally on your device. Data is not transmitted to the operator or third parties, as the app is designed for offline use. Data in LocalStorage is stored exclusively locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Preserving privacy is a central component of this project. The game is designed as a purely single-player experience; there is no interaction between players, and there is no connection to external game servers.

To ensure the functionality of the app, all game data (such as the chosen player name, game settings, and any game progress) is stored exclusively locally in the LocalStorage of the device used.

4. Data Deletion and Disclaimer

The user has the possibility at any time to irrevocably delete all game-related data via the in-game menu. The app operator assumes no liability for data loss caused by erroneous deletion by the user (e.g., by deleting app data and cookies) or by automated cleaning processes of the web browser (e.g., storage cleanup or automated emptying of local storage).

5. Contact via E-Mail

If you contact us via e-mail, your e-mail address and the content transmitted will be processed by us. This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR ("legitimate interest") in order to respond to your request. Your data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted after processing is complete, provided there are no legal retention obligations.
